I had the privilege of reading your Book Water, Wind, and Sky while I was on vacation this past week. You have the nack of capturing the "Thousand Islands Awe." I tell my friends that they have just got to go up there and stay. But those pictures are just WOW. I would love to purchase a copy of your book. Some of the pictures just take my breath away. I read the passage about W.O. and how he built his "house" on the island and his first night there was his last. That just struck me as WOW. I have been going up to the Thousand Islands my whole entire life. My Grandfather started to come up to Schermerhorn's Landing in 1942 and has been going up there ever since bringing his family (5 children) to stay on the St. Lawrence river. I have many fond memories of the Thousand Islands. This book was an honor to read. It is not often that someone can say "I've been there, I've seen that" to a picture/place in a book.
